Managing Director - Brian Chen

Mr. Chen started his career in Bell Labs in the early 1980's before joining a start-up company, INC, in 1985.  Through his technical and marketing leadership, INC developed one of the first DSL systems in the world and had one of the largest commercial DSL deployments in Asia.  Following the acquisition of this technology by Cisco, Mr. Chen started another venture-founded technology US company, which established a major presence in both the US and Asia.  This company was later acquired by a major US telecom company.  Prior to joining IGS in 2004, Mr. Chen spent the intervening years assisting major North American companies in establishing subsidiaries, joint-ventures and manufacturing facilities in Asia.  Combining technical and operational expertise, executive leadership, global business skill and extensive connections in Asia Pacific, Mr. Chen has established IGS as a premier product and solution provider for North American customers.
